GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS
Rates/Expiry DATE:
The rates are given for your information only, and for the curent period of time (generally from April 1st to March 31st), excluding Christmas and New Years. There may be modified at any moment and without notice depending on our contractors (hotels, airline companies, shuttle companies). Alpha International may not be blamed for irresponsability. The confirmation invoice sent to you is proof of rates applied to your file. Contractual rates are given with all taxes included. The taxes included are specified for each transaction: the TSS (A solidarity tax on services) is currently fixed at 5%, the THN (a hotel tax on overnight stays) is a fixed amount that depends on the category of the hotel, and the CTC (a temporary tariff contribution) is applicable to all Air Caledonie tickets. Taxes are subject to modification, with or without notice. All tax modifications will lead to immediate price modifications indicated in the contracts. Alpha International may be not blamed for irresponsability. Children’s rates are applicable to children under 12 years of age, travelling and staying with their parents.
OVERHEAD COSTS:
Overhead costs include: welcome at the Tontouta International Airport by an Alpha International representative who will give you your travel file including vouchers for vendors, your itinerary, several information documents and assistance during your whole stay. Alpha International may not be held responsible for not respecting these services.
Overhead costs are fixed at: 2,030 cfp/17 euros per file

Reservation requests are subject to availability of services requested. Alpha International will do its best to respond to your resquest but may not be held responsible if the services you requested are not available. A reservation confirmation will be sent to you by fax or email. This is the only document that is a valid confirmation of your reserved services. It is your responsibility to verify that the confirmation matches what you paid for and reserved. Any problems must be reported to Alpha International by fax or email within 72 hours. After this time, any modification may be subject to cancellation or modification fees. Only requests that clearly ask us to make a reservation will be considered and reserved. The rest will be considered as requests for quotes and no reservation will be made. Alpha International may not be held responsible for a lack of availabililty of services if reservations are not made. In order for your request to be considered and processed you must clearly indicate:
-The clients full names
-Age of children
-Arrival and departure dates as well as flight numbers
The clearness and readability of your reservation request is your own responsibility. Alpha International may not be held responsible for any misunderstanding in your reservation request.
INSURANCE:
No insurance is included in services offered by Alpha International. If you desire one, it is your own responsability to contact an insurance provider.

Payments must be made by credit card, check (in CFP) or by wire transfer and made to the order of “Alpha International”:

Payments by wire transfer must have the following message attached:
« Règlement sans frais pour le bénéficiaire » (meaning that the recipient does not have any fees to pay upon receiving the payment)
Please send us a copy of your transfer confirmation by fax.
The “CFP” is the currency in New Caledonia. We prefer that you pay in this currency. The only other currency accepted besides the CFP is the euro. All fees are the clients responsibility.
MODIFICATIONS :
All modifications to a confirmed itinerary will lead to a fee of 5,000 cfp/41.90 euros per file
CANCELLATION:
All cancellations must be sent by fax or email to Alpha International. We will then send you a cancellation confirmation. There may be some cancellation fees.
RESPONSABILITY:
Alpha International acts as a representative of its co-contractors and may not be held responsible for any delays, prejudices, damages or losses during your trip. Alpha International may not be held responsible for any non-performance (total or partial) of an obligation, in the case of a « force majeure » or in circumstances beyond the control of Alpha International. In the case of a litigation, only the New Caledonia justice will be able to decide.
